General Tso’s Tofu with Brown Rice
I served this with a spinach salad topped with Carrot-Ginger Dressing as an appetizer. My honey enjoyed both so much, he had seconds on both the salad and the main course!
This was my first time cooking with fresh ginger - It smelled SOOOO good!! The General Tso’s Tofu recipe calls for either agave nectar or Bee Free Honee. I chose to use the latter, and it turned out great! If you haven’t tried Bee Free Honee yet, you don’t know what you’re missing!
